This summer, Canadians can enjoy free or reduced admission at dozens of Nova Scotia’s most popular destinations, including museums, parks and historic sites.

Announced by the Department of Canadian Heritage, the Canada Strong Pass makes it easier for everyone — especially young people and families — to explore our country and celebrate what makes Canada unique.

There’s no need to book in advance or show a physical pass — just arrive at any participating location and enjoy the benefits. The pass is valid from June 20 to September 2, 2025, and applies to all visitors, regardless of citizenship.

The pass also includes discounted travel from VIA Rail — children travel free with an accompanying adult, and young adults get 25% off.

Whether you’re from Nova Scotia, across Canada or visiting from abroad, the Canada Strong Pass is a great reason to get out and explore.
