  • To identify the contact person of your choice for listings, subscriptions, updates or other purposes.
  • To send correspondence between TNS and your contact person when necessary.
  • To generate periodic aggregated reports based on program analysis and reviews, following the program mandate and government policy directives, ensuring effective administration and overall integrity.
  • Your monthly occupancy number is used for TNS statistical research purposes and reporting. Occupancy data is only provided in an aggregated format and no single property’s data is identifiable with it.

We use and disclose your personal information for the purposes described above.  We may only use or disclose your personal information for another purpose if we are authorized by law to do so, or if we obtain your consent. We will not publish any personal information (as defined by FOIPOP Act) on our website as it is for internal use only.
