  • Barra Shores: Newly constructed, fully wheelchair accessible house and grounds. Hippocampe chair for the beach is available onsite as well.
  • Super 8 Amherst: Property updates include large bathrooms to accommodate mobility aids, portable shower heads or rooms with wheel-in showers along with units with kitchenettes, making rooms more accessible for extended stays.
  • Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antigonish: Four wheelchair accessible queen rooms with roll-in showers.
  • Customs House Inn: Two of the queen rooms in this historic inn are wheelchair accessible and barrier-free.
  • Cambra Sands: Castine Cottage is fully wheelchair accessible.
  • Island Beach Hideaways: One wheelchair accessible dome. Property is located next to wheelchair accessible Pomquet Beach Provincial Park.
  • Smith Rock Lodge & Chalets: Wheelchair accessible accommodations include one chalet and two lodge units.
