Overview
The Old Coach Road Trail is a 1-km (2-km return) historical wooded hiking trail situated in Bedford in the Halifax Metro region (take bus route 80, which stops at Southgate Road off the Bedford Highway).
The trail connects to a network of roads and walkways in the Ravines of Bedford South subdivision. Trail features include an interpretation panel with map; a self-guiding interpretation sheet; bird watching and wildlife exploration.
Snowshoeing is popular in the winter months. Dogs on a leash are welcome.
