Constructed over the last 10 years, Neptunes Rise has a sleek, crisp design that makes the most of its unique hillside setting. Upside down, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living space upstairs, the house capitalizes on its private location and glorious sunset ocean views.
Set up for socializing, the upper floor is an open concept living space with a fully equipped beautiful kitchen, a large dining table, and comfortable lounge seating. Large windows flood the space with light, while a working wood stove creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The lower level has two queen size bedrooms, both of which have patio doors that lead out onto a stone patio. The house is family friendly with a children’s sleeping nook under the stairs with a pull out trundle bed and a selection of children’s toys and books. Also on the lower level is a large 3 piece bathroom with walk in shower and laundry facilities.

Payment Options
Deposit required at time of booking. Email Transfer is the preferred method of payment. International Transfer, bank wire or personal cheque in Canadian Dollars accepted. Credit Cards not accepted
Cancellation Policy
50% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in. 25% refund for cancellation made between 30 and 60 days prior to check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
