Discover the Bay of Fundy’s “tidal bore” phenomenon that is caused by the changing of the world’s highest tides, and it happens twice daily. Explore the Cobequid Trail and marvel at ice flows under pink and orange sunset skies. This mostly-flat, 18km trail runs through farmlands and Acadian dykelands along the Salmon River, and is a great place to spot the tidal bore. The trail is home to incredible scenery, and family fun with a natural playground at the Fundy Discovery Site trailhead.
