This itinerary is best suited for travellers looking to spend a reasonable amount of time seeing the key sites along the Cabot Trail. The route spans a scenic 208 kilometres (130 miles), and drivers should expect a leisurely pace with lots of time for photos.
Use this itinerary to create a two-day trip focused on Nova Scotia’s South Shore lighthouses or blend with additional attractions for a longer vacation. Most of the lighthouses in this itinerary are easy to access and include visitor experiences.
