The Pelton-Fuller House (c 1895) was the summer home of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Fuller. Alfred Fuller became famous at the age of 18 as the original Fuller Brush man and founder of the Fuller Brush Company in Connecticut.
The Pelton-Fuller House is a two-storey, Italianate-style house with several unique architectural elements. The house features period-furnished rooms, glassware, silver, art, costumes and memorabilia of the “Fuller Brush Man” and his company. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful English rose garden in the backyard.
Guided tours are available during the summer months and by appointment. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
