Oakhill Pines Campground
Overview
Oakhill Pines Campground offers both open and wooded campground sites situated in Oak Hill, 1.6 km (1 mi) outside of the town of Bridgewater in the beautiful South Shore region. We are close to many area attractions and activities including Crescent Beach, Wile Carding Mill Museum and the DesBrisay Museum and LaHave Islands Marine Museum. For the golf enthusiast, Osprey Ridge Golf Course is nearby. Oakhill Pines is the perfect starting point for day trips to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Old Town Lunenburg, picturesque Mahone Bay and the scenic fishing village of Peggy’s Cove.
Our accommodations include 72 overnight sites (Electrical hook up: 20/30 amp, Water hook up, Sewage hook up, Un-serviced), 80 seasonal sites, and 9 cabins (beddings and linens are not supplied). Guest amenities include flush toilets, pay showers, washrooms, laundry facilities, picnic tables, fire pits, and a canteen store. Campground features include a swimming pool, horseshoe pits, large playground, basketball hoop, hiking trails, games room, free kids rides, and organized theme days. Pets are permitted but must be on a leash. Caravan groups are welcome. We are a proud member of the Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia and the Campground Owners Association of Nova Scotia.
