The name “Hen and Goose” was created by combining the nicknames of Amanda’s soul dog Henry, aka. “Hen”; and Jen’s soul dog Gus, aka. “Goose”.

Originally started with just selling one type of handmade specialty collar. We’ve since added buckle collars, cotton rope leashes, bandanas, beds, hand stamped metal tags, collar charms and are now working on leather stamped keychains/tags, and a new handmade squeaky toy! If we can make it, we’ll try.

In June of 2019 we opened our very own shop in Eastern Passage at Fisherman’s Cove and filled it with not only our own items but other local female artisans who hand make their own items. We continue to grow, adding new products and vendors to our team.
