Fox Hill Cheese House is a cheese-processing facility located in Port Williams in the Annapolis Valley crafting over 20 varieties of specialty cheeses, natural yogurt and gelato, and non-homogenized whole milk in bottles from our own herd of Holstein and Jersey cows.
While we have no scheduled tours, we encourage you to visit Fox Hill Cheese House and watch our cheese making process (call ahead for our schedule) from our viewing window; sample some of our products (complimentary), and enjoy the panoramic view from our timber frame deck. Our interpretive panels provide our visitors with the history of Fox Hill, our cheese making process and other interesting facts about the dairy industry.
Group tours by appointment are available (fees apply).
The Port Williams shop is open 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 1pm-5pm on Sunday; The Halifax shop is open 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday.
