Will Cooper is a visual artist whose technique involves cutting out designs from sheets of plywood, then sanding, painting, varnishing and gluing the pieces back together to create highly detailed wooden mosaics. His whimsical and quintessentially Maritime style is notable for its vibrant colours and strong, curving lines. His property, also home to a menagerie of rescued animals, is located across from the Habitant Estuary on a popular cycling route.
