This unique four-season vacation home is ideal for families and friends looking for the perfect spot to stay while touring the Cape Breton Highlands by snowmobile in the winter as well as ATVs and Side-by-Sides anytime of the year as you can access the multipurpose, all-season Trail 105 from the property. It is also the perfect home away from home when exploring the Cabot Trail, golfing at Cabot Links or Cabot Cliffs in Inverness or Le Portage Golf Course in Cheticamp near the entrance to the Cape Breton Highlands National Park.
This four-bedroom, two-bathroom house comfortably sleeps 10 people with its two large lofts, each with two bedrooms – three bedrooms with queen beds and one with twin beds. The spacious open area also has a double futon couch/bed and a single bed.
The open concept kitchen and living area with beautiful natural pine walls will be a popular gathering spot with sofas, comfy chairs and a woodstove fireplace to keep you toasty warm as you relax in front of the flat screen TV with your choice of channels on the satellite dish. Gather around the large oak table in the dining area after prepping your meals in the full kitchen that comes complete with electric stove, refrigerator, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (drip and Keurig) and utensils. Linens, towels, laundry facilities are also available along with a BBQ and a picnic table outside. The house has high speed Wi-Fi internet and electric heat throughout.
