Nestled in the heart of historic Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, our taproom at 302 St. George Street is the perfect destination for craft beer lovers and history buffs alike.
Inspired by the cannoneers of Fort Anne’s 40th Regiment of Foot, we’ve swapped cannonballs for hops and joined Nova Scotia’s craft beer revolution. Out with the old cannon balls, in with the brews!
Brewing in a town that has witnessed countless battles and untold stories, we’re raising a glass to the tradition of spilling beer in good company—and spilling many more to come!
How Do We Brew?
We’ve taken inspiration from the world’s oldest written recipe and added our own hoppy twist. At Annapolis Brewing, we stick to the fundamentals: barley, hops, yeast, water, and a generous splash of laughter.
What do we have in our arsenal? Our lightest of brews are Y.O.L.O Light Lager, Fenwick’s Ale, Blockhouse Blonde, award winning Munich Dunkel, and Goodwill Amber. For lovers of dark beer, our Midnight Mariner Stout, Acadian Honey Brown, and award winning Courthouse Coffee Vanilla Stout are for you. If you like a bit of extra hoppy, try the Port Royal Pilsner, Ceasefire IPA, W&A Railway Rye IPA, Fundy Haze NEIPA, and the Big Shot IPA. We also keep a rotation of experimental offerings in our rotation.
Thank you for choosing our beer, embracing the craft beer revolution, and becoming part of our Brew Crew Family of Foot. Here’s to history, hops, and great times ahead—cheers!
