Celebrating almost 40 years of business, as Nova Scotia’s largest processor of maple syrup, Acadian Maple is delighted to inform visitors of the making and history of maple syrup in Nova Scotia.
Videos, demonstrations and an engaging staff contribute to a great experience in the newly-renovated (2021) and expanded retail location on Peggy’s Cove Road, which is part of its manufacturing facilities. Acadian Maple joined Authentic Seacoast in 2019.
In addition to a wide array of maple products on display, visitors can learn about, sample and purchase other Authentic Seacoast products. These include its award-winning spirits {FORTRESS® Rum, SEA FEVER® Rum, VIRGA® vodka, GLYNNEVAN® whiskies), its RARE BIRD Craft Beer and FULL STEAM® certified organic, fairtrade coffees, as well as its other tourism and hospitality offerings.
Acadian Maple hosts pre-arranged tour groups throughout the summer and fall, inviting folks from around to the world to this special place – Nova Scotia, Canada.
