Here at Zen Lakeside Getaway Nova Scotia, we are located right on pristine and private Porters Lake in Digby County, Nova Scotia. Whether you are looking to take a road trip to escape for a couple days or maybe relax lakeside on a holiday for a week or two, or perhaps take a summer vacation getaway for a month or two, we have two incredible spaces available for short-term to mid-term rental accommodations.

We have the intimate and character rich Dockside Den, and we also have the spacious and bright Sunset Suite.

The Dockside Den is right at the water’s edge where you can hear the waves lapping up at the shore, only feet away while the Sunset Suite has an extraordinary bird’s eye view of the vista, the lake, and the amazing sunsets.

Both include full access to our own private beach, water toys such as canoe, kayaks, pedal boat, etc., plus outdoor games, a covered beamed sitting area with stone fireplace, TV, BBQ, and so much more.

We are located just 15 minutes from the historic town of Digby with fantastic whale watching, oceanside hiking, lighthouses, pubs and restaurants, markets, shopping, and more nearby. We are also not far from a number of Nova Scotian wineries, distilleries, cideries and craft breweries.
