Have you ever wanted to learn how to perfectly boil a Nova Scotia lobster? Join the Argyler Lodge for a chef-led lesson that will leave your taste buds tingling – just in time for dinner!

The adventure begins along the shoreline of Lobster Bay, where you can help build a wood fire to boil your lobster. Let the ocean be your entertainment and enjoy the fruits-de-mer of your labour as you dine on the beach. Whether this is your first lobster or your fiftieth, you won’t forget this incredible culinary and seaside experience!

2026 Dates (Friday evenings):  

  • June 12 and 19
  • July 3, 10, 24, and 31
  • August 7 and 21
  • September 4 and 11

Start Time: 6:30 pm, and typically lasts 2 – 3 hours

Price: $90 per person + taxes and gratuity

This experience will be moved indoors if the weather is not conducive to holding it outside.

  • Reservations must be made at least 72 hours before the day of the experience. A Visa or MasterCard is required at time of booking. Bookings are 100% refundable up to one week before the event date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booked event will not be refunded.
