Glamping in the Vineyard: Yurts Spring Package

Nestle into your cozy Yurt for two, secluded within our oceanside vineyard. You’ve arrived in perfect time for mild and sunny weather. Spend the day biking, hiking or kayaking—and enjoying the wildlife like otters, foxes, deer, eagles +more! Then cool off with a splash in Mussel Cove and lay on the private dock.

When you’re ready to heat things up a bit, relax in total bliss with a private sauna session, overlooking a pond surrounded by spruce. Head back to your Yurt to change and and fire up your BBQ to enjoy a meal on your private deck with the sparkling Atlantic as your backdrop. Kick back at our distillery & brewery in the afternoon, sipping refreshing sample paddles of our fine spirits and craft beer, at our tasting bar or outdoor patio. Round out the day soaking in your private wood-fired hot tub or cuddled up by the bonfire with your Valentine, under a blanket of crystal clear stars! The power of time in nature is undeniable. Package Includes:

• 2-night stay in a select yurt with a private wood-fired hot tub (first hot tub pour is included)
  • Seaside View Yurts #2, #3, #4 are located at the top of the vineyard, with cascading views over the vines and ocean below;
  • Oceanfront Yurt #5 is a pebble toss away from the shoreline and boasts a picturesque view of Guysborough Harbour; and
  • Yurt #10 is on a private peninsula on Mussel Cove, with 180-degree ocean views, a private Guest Services Building and golf cart for your stay
• 1-hour private use of barrel sauna at Otter Pond
• Use of 2 bicycles or kayaks to explore the estate grounds and Guysborough Harbour during your stay (2 hours per pair) Helmets and life jackets are provided. Bikes available in Spring. Kayaks and bikes available in Summer.
• 2 tasting paddles for the price of 1 at the Distillery & Brewery Tasting Bar. Hand pick four of Authentic Seacoast’s craft spirits or beers you’d like to taste!

Please Note: Authentic Seacoast’s Yurts are equipped with beds, bedding, furniture, towels, a dish set and glasses, cutlery set for two, free Wifi, picnic table, BBQ, a fire pit, and two Adirondack chairs. A food prep kitchen space, dishwashing area, washrooms, showers, and laundry are steps away in Guest Services Buildings. Basic cooking tools are supplied for the barbecue (spatula, tongs) but guests are to bring their own pots, pans and special equipment. Guests must bring their own food. Please see the suggested packing list below and Authentic Seacoast’s website for more details. Additional firewood bundles are $7 each.

• Groceries for the BBQ
• Cooking Equipment (pots, pans, cutting knives etc.)
• Cooler (ice bags at the distillery for $4.50)
• Swimwear and preferred towel (small towels provided)
• Flashlight(s) and matches or lighter
• Bug spray and sunscreen
• Dish soap and kitchen towels for your dishes
• Your preferred shampoo, conditioner (basic hair products, body wash and soap provided)
• The weather can change quickly on the coast, be sure to pack layers for warm days and cool evenings, a hat, and comfortable footwear
