Flavours of Place

Flavours of Place is an immersive and elegant tasting journey that celebrates the unique flavours of Nova Scotia, offered by award-winning Rousseau Chocolatier.

This guided tasting experience features a curated selection of six handcrafted chocolates infused with locally inspired ingredients — think century old maple syrup producer, lavender from the North Shore, spirits crafted by beloved Nova Scotian distilleries and more. Each tasting is thoughtfully paired with your choice of signature rich hot chocolate, a locally roasted espresso beverage, or a refreshing cold drink.

Perfect for curious food lovers, locals, and visitors alike, this experience is a delicious way to connect with the land, the stories behind the flavours, and the artistry of fine chocolate making.

Dates offered: Available year-round, Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. **Some blackout dates apply.

Package duration: 45-60 minutes in length

Package price: $50 + tax per person
