Chef Ivan Chan was born and raised in Hong Kong and has been residing in Canada since the 1990s. His father, a successful business man and passionate traveler, brought him worldwide to experience some of the finest foods across cultures. Hong Kong is a greatly multicultural place, and food has always been embedded as an important part of his heritage.
At The Orient Chinese Cuisine, Chef Chan always tries to provide the best experience of locally sourced Chinese food at all times.
