Overview

Come experience an authentic hand-crafted Maple Syrup adventure deep in the sugar woods of Northern Nova Scotia.

Sugar Moon Farm is a family-owned 200-acre farm with a 2,500-tap maple syrup operation and log restaurant featuring maple-inspired brunch and after hours events. We proudly continue the spring-time tradition of creating maple syrup over a wood-fired evaporator, and have welcomed visitors since 1996 from all over the world for a maple syrup experience.

Enjoy local, organic ingredients and Nova Scotia crafted beer, wine, cider as well as organic fair trade coffee and tea. Shop for your favourite maple products.

Don’t forget to make time during your visit to explore the beautiful Rogart Mtn. Trail (6.2 km) around our farm and other trails in the surrounding Earltown area. Looking to explore in the winter? We have snowshoes for rent. Please contact up to book in advance.

Sugar Moon Farm has been a recipient of the Restaurant of the Year “Essence of Nova Scotia” award by Taste of Nova Scotia and has received regional and national recognition.
