Strides Spa and Wellness Centre is a beautiful, elegant and modern facility combining health, beauty and wellness simultaneously. Located on the 2nd level of MacMillan Centre and spanning 6,000 square feet, the centre offers a multitude of health services all under one roof: Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Reiki and Medical Laser Services, as well as a beautiful full hair salon and esthetics studio, allowing groups of 4-8 to book manicures and pedicures together. Strides Spa is fully licensed; offering wine, beer and Champagne from our beverage menu but complimentary tea and flavoured water is available in our client lounge.
