Mountain Top Cottages & Campground is a family-owned and operated business that has been offering vacations for families since 1987. Escape to peace and tranquility in a private cottage or campsite secluded from the world, isolated from the stress of everyday life. We are is located at 854 Parker Mountain Road, overlooking our own private lake, just 5 minutes north of Annapolis Royal.
With 17 housekeeping cottages and 21 campsites overlooking our private lake on the North Mountain, we really do have all you need to go on an incredible family adventure. Our cottages and campsites are nestled among the trees and perched on top of the mountain between the Bay of Fundy and the Annapolis Valley. Beautiful views and an abundance of native animals and bird-life await you.
Choose from 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom cottages or semi-private, spacious campsites. Whether you choose to stay in a cottage or a campsite you’ll be guaranteed to have a view of nature’s beauty at its best. Pets are welcome; there is a $20 plus tax per night pet fee if staying in a cottage for extra cleaning.
Mountain Top Family Campground has 21 wooded, semi-private campsites located around our private lake, each with water and 30-amp electrical hookup. Pull-through sites are also available. We have beautiful modern washrooms with coin-op showers and a laundromat, as well as a wheelchair accessible washroom. There is a limit of 1 vehicle per site, however guest parking is available. Check-in begins at 2 pm.

All of our campground sites are equipped with 30 amp electric and water and all but 6 sites have sewage hook-ups however a dumping station is available. The campground also features new modern washrooms including a wheelchair accessible washroom, showers and a laundromat.
