Experience fishing for Nova Scotia’s Striped Bass or Atlantic Salmon on the fly on a guided fishing tour or discover Northern Nova Scotia’s vast wilderness of wild apples & blueberries that gives us a high density of black bears on a guided hunting trip with Mosher Ridge Outfitting, a certified hunting & fishing outfitter located in Nova Scotia.

Striped Bass Day Guides (7 hour or 3 hour options) – Shubenacadie & North Shore Northumberland Strait
Striped Bass season along the Northumberland Strait is April to October; bag limit of 3. Anglers fishing in the Shubenacadie River between May 11 and June 11, must only use artificial bait. Fly fishing is the preferred method during this time with 100% catch & release.

Striped Bass guided package (1-4 anglers) includes:

• guide & instruction, if required
• Rods, reels, tackle & bait provided
• Refreshments provided
  • Add a shore lunch $10 each

Price: Full Tide (7 hrs): $425 CAN; 1-4 anglers / Half Tide (3 hrs): $350 CAN; 1-4 anglers

Atlantic Salmon Day Guides (6 hours) – East River, Pictou County
When fishing for salmon, only BARBLESS ARTIFICIAL FLIES are permitted. Best salmon fishing experience is experience here from late September through October. Please note that all salmon caught shall be returned alive to the water immediately. 

Atlantic Salmon guided fishing package (1-2 anglers) includes:

• Guide & instruction, if required
• Rods, reels, tackle & bait provided
• Add a shore lunch $10 per person

Price: $400 CAN; 1-2 anglers

Black Bear All Inclusive Hunts – Northern Nova Scotia
Welcome to bear country – the reason you need to plan your hunting expedition with Mosher Ridge Outfitting. Available for up to four hunters per hunt; hunters must be at least 16 years old. Season runs mid September through November.

Black Bear Hunt package for 1-4 hunters includes:

• 5 days guided hunt for mature black bear with 6 nights accommodations
• Halifax Airport shuttle service, if required
• Meals & snacks
• Game preparation for transport

Bear hunt package price per hunter: $3,800 CAN +14% HST
