MacLeod Cottages offers housekeeping cottages (22 seasonal and 1 year round), ranging from two to four bedrooms, situated on the shores of Green Bay, Lunenburg County in the beautiful South Shore region.
Dine at MacLeod’s Canteen for a bowl of our homemade chowder or soup, sandwiches, local fish and clams. Green Bay and neighboring seaside communities are full of unique restaurants, artist studios, beautiful beaches and a wonderful winery making our area a great destination!
Our coastal scenic roadways provide wonderful opportunities for hikers and cyclists to explore Lunenburg County. Enjoy coastal scenery, beachcombing and the salt air along miles of Green Bay coastline. Explore our Provincial Park, museum and ever-changing community activities hosting a wide variety of live musical artists. Breath taking views are promised around every corner! Truly ‘shaped by the sea’. A place unto itself, where one can get away from the big things to consider the small.
Our accommodations include 23 housekeeping cottages (Single, Double, Queen: 2- to 4-bedroom; 1 winterized), with a 3-piece bath (shower) and a fireplace or woodstove. Guest features include MacLeod’s Canteen with a dining area (July 1 to Labour Day), ocean swimming and hiking trails. Pets are welcome.
