Originally from France, owners Jean-Pierre Gallois and Yseult Bertic have over 25 years of experience as professional Chocolatiers. Since opening in 2003, they have been creating fine chocolates and truffles using only high quality French chocolate couverture.
No preservatives or artificial flavours are used and they incorporate such local Nova Scotian ingredients as icewine, port wine, berries, sea salt, maple syrup, honey, apples, seaweed and more. They also offer an assortment of ice creams, sorbets, and decadent pasteries.
Their specialties include Berry Chocolate Bark, Cremeux des Salins, Acadie Folie, Nova Scotia Icewine Truffles and Croquantine d’Annapolis.
You can find us at the Saturday Wolfville Farmers’ Market as well as daily at our location in Cole Harbour, 20 minutes from downtown Halifax.
