Nova Scotia Community College’s ‘Fresh Twenty One’ is an opportunity for the public to participate in providing our hospitality and culinary/ pastry students a real world training experience in a full service restaurant and in return enjoying modern, world cuisine of the highest quality at very reasonable prices.
Starting at the beginning of each October, Fresh Twenty One is open Monday through Thursday for our lunch buffet, and Tuesday through Thursday for our plated dinners.
