Discover authentic Mi’kmaw culture along our picturesque 2.4 km trail on Goat Island in Eskasoni. A true acknowledgement of the life of the Mi’kmaq, historically and modern day, we invite visitors to share in a unique story while preserving our First People’s culture.

Take a guided tour to immerse yourself into Mi’kmaq life along the trail, learn about natural medicines of Unama’ki from a passionate interpreter on our Medicine Walk Tour, paddle the scenic waters on a guided Kayak tour of Goat Island, and experience the authentic stories and rich history of the Mi’kmaw people at Goat Island through the Storied Island Trail tour.
