Our large, light-filled apartment has its own private entrance and a deck for you to sit and enjoy the bay views. Located in Grosses Coques, an Acadian community of Clare, half way between Digby & Yarmouth. We are only a 30 minute drive to the Digby-St. John Ferry.
We have several sandy beaches, all within a 20 minute drive. Mavillette Beach Provincial Park is a wonderful family destination. It is a 1.5 km long sandy beach , low tide exposes sand flats. You can rent surf boards there as well.
We are less than 2km away from St. Anne University, where you will find a swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, historic lighthouse and our whimsical walking trail called “le petit bois’.
Locally you will find whale watching, fishing, biking, walking trails, clamming and lots of trails for ATV’s. We also have an indoor space to keep your motorcycles, ATV’s and bicycles secure.
We have wonderful restaurants near us that serve the freshest seafood and traditional Acadian food, such as rapure ( rappie pie) and chicken fricot!
