The property is directly on River Philip, a tidal river on the Northumberland Strait. High tide is great for swimming and low tide allows for exploring the mud flats. With an east/west frontage, there is an amazing sunrise and sunset on the water every day!
The Grey Cottage sleeps 7 in 5 beds and 3 bedrooms. The principal bedroom has a 2-piece ensuite. The cottage also has a sleeper sofa, if needed. Accommodations are limited to a maximum of 5 adults due to bunk bed restrictions. Limited stairs, a grab bar, shower chair and portable ramp make this cottage accessible for persons with limited mobility.

July and August bookings are full week rentals, Sunday – Sunday.
