It has expansive ocean views in a very tranquil environment that is close to nature and also accessible to many Cape Breton attractions: golf, hiking, skiing, artisan shops, beaches and more. It offers four bedrooms (and an oceanside bunkhouse) and is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The woodstove makes for a cozy retreat in colder months. It is on a two acre property with a private beach, large yard, and two decks.

Bàta Oceanfront Cottage is a four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom two storey, 1600 square foot home in a rural setting on the Cabot Trail and directly on the ocean. Full bath and one bedroom located on the main floor. There is a half bath and three bedrooms upstairs.
