Barrelling Tide Distillery is an award-winning craft distillery located in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley. Overlooking a tidal river that flows into the Bay of Fundy, our name is inspired by the rise and fall of the world’s highest tides, seen here twice a day.
Built on a belief in supporting local farmers and producers, Barrelling Tide handcrafts spirits and liqueurs in small batches using locally sourced ingredients. Guests can enjoy curated cocktail flights in our tasting room, and we also produce a line of ready-to-drink cocktails and seltzers for convenient enjoyment at home.
Rooted in community and a quality-over-quantity philosophy, Barrelling Tide Distillery is a true taste of Nova Scotia.
January to May: Open Tuesday to Friday 11–5 and Saturday 10–5 (closed Sundays and Mondays).
June to December: Open 7 days a week – Sunday to Thursday 11–5, Friday 11–6, Saturday 10–5.
