Overview

The Antigonish Farmers’ Market was established in 1995 as a local venue for farmers and other producers to market their wares directly to the public. With the support of the people of Antigonish and the surrounding area, the Market has continued to grow and thrive.

We are a family-friendly market where people can come together to socialize, sell, shop and eat. The market supports small, local agricultural operations, home and professional bakers, jewellery makers, crafters and artists of all kinds. Our family of regular vendors has grown from a handful to as high as 60 depending on the season.

Come join us for a wide variety of locally grown organic fruits and vegetables, organic meats, maple syrup, honey, preserves, wild mushrooms, heritage products, local handcrafts, and all kinds of mouth-watering baked goods.
