Welcome to The Brew and Bubble, your local café on Cape Breton Island for bubble teas in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

We are a woman-owned and operated small business that takes pride in creating delicious teas, tea-based beverages, lemonades, desserts and more. Choose from our fan favourites, or choose from our tea-based fruit teas, milk teas, hot and cold brews, hot chocolates, teas, and lemonades.

For lovers of loose teas, we offer a selection of Teamancy loose teas that is handcrafted in the shop. We also offer bubble tea kits so you can create your own bubble tea at home!

Looking for a sweet sidekick for your beverage? We also have desserts including mini cheesecakes, cake pops and cinnamon rolls available.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a bubble tea regardless of allergies, dietary restrictions and/or preferences. We provide dairy-free, sugar-free, and caffeine-free options and can provide you with additional information about our ingredients as well.

Open Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 6pm and Saturdays, 11am to 5pm.
