You’ll feel a million miles away, yet you’re less than a 15 min drive to restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, spas, golfing, a movie theatre, and many more!

With an abundance of outdoor & indoor spaces, you’ll have many experiences available to you.

NEW HOT TUB (2025):
Step outside the sunroom & into the 6 person spa as you relax fully & look off at the ocean. The spa is equipped with an abundance of jets, a waterfall, colour therapy, and its own stereo system.

NEW SAUNA (2025):
Experience the panoramic window view with two glass fronts looking at the ocean, trees, rocks, and sky. You can stay with dry heat or toss water on the rocks for more humidity, steam, and intensity.

Find the fully stocked woodshed and build a fire at one or both of the fire pits. Hang out at one of the four decks, or gaze at the water, land, & sky from the sunroom. If you’re an early riser, enjoy stunning sunrises over the water or stay up late and take in the moon and stars.

From May to Nov, enjoy the boat launch and 500 sq ft dock for your sunning, swimming, boating, or fishing adventures. The berthing face of the dock is 36 ft long and can accompany a large sailboat.

In the cooler seasons, cozy up by the indoor floor to ceiling beach stone fireplace and relax while you watch the weather and ocean outside. Or go outside, enjoy the year round sauna & hot tub, and experience hot & cold therapy at its finest!

This home will delight no matter the season. Every time you visit, you’ll have a new experience!

Main Area:
When you enter, you’ll walk into an impressive open-concept A-frame living area with two leather sofas and a wide leather armchair surrounding the fireplace. The 16ft tall windows reveal a stunning view of the ocean. Towards the right, you’ll see the fully stocked kitchen along with a beautiful six person live-edge wooden dining table and a four person breakfast nook/island. You’ll never need to take your eyes off the views with the bountiful windows and full length glass doors drawing you outside.

Bedrooms:
Comfort, comfort, and more comfort! The bedrooms are dark, climate controlled, and include brand new plush beds and bedding. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds, and the Primary has a King. All of the bedrooms have a chair, a lamp, and alarm clock and a Smart TV for your additional comfort.

The Primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and massive walk-in closet. The Primary attaches to the sunroom and the media room, both with their own patio doors.

The other two bedrooms are down the hall, next to the second full bathroom.

Media room:
Curl up on the white leather sectional and binge your favourite series on the 75 inch Smart TV, play Golden Tee Golf, or simply lay back and take in the scenery. This room is separate from the living/kitchen/dining area and connects to the Primary bedroom which enables guests to tuck away and have additional privacy.

Smart TVs:
Like movies?? There are four Smart TVs in the home! In addition to the 75 inch media room TV, each bedroom has its own Smart TV. The Primary houses a 55 inch and the secondary bedrooms each have a 32 inch.

Guest access
The entire home is all yours!

After a short drive down a private, dead-end road, you’ll arrive at the home.

Safely and conveniently, you’ll enter via a unique provided code (no key necessary). Just press the lock icon when you leave.

Don’t be alarmed when you hear roars coming from the Bay. That’s our friend Hector and his pod of seals. Other wildlife you may experience include Canadian geese, quail, osprey, and ducks.
