Event Details

The Grou Tyme Festival is held every year around August 15, in honour of National Acadian Day. Formerly known as the Quinzou Festival, this event provides a unique opportunity to explore and enjoy Acadian and Cajun culture through music and performances. Acadians have played a major role in shaping Nova Scotia’s history and culture, and this festival allows us to celebrate this vibrant and diverse community. The event takes place outdoors in downtown Halifax and is completely free to attend.
