Hants County Exhibition: Canada’s Oldest Agricultural Fair

First established in 1765, the Hants County Exhibition is North America’s oldest continuously operating agricultural fair. Owned and operated by the Windsor Agricultural Society, Hants County Exhibition Park provides a dynamic gathering place for seasonal community events and the annual exhibition, attracting more than 30,000 visitors each year.

The exhibition celebrates rural life, farming heritage, and the connection between communities and the land. It brings together farmers, artisans, families, and the general public through livestock competitions, animal husbandry displays, arts and crafts, horticultural exhibits, carnival entertainment, and live stage performances.

The exhibition also promotes agricultural awareness by educating visitors about where their food comes from, the challenges faced by farmers, and advancements in sustainable agriculture and technology. Join us over two exciting weekends, September 17–19 and September 24–26, 2027.
