Chester Basin-born multimedia artist Brandt Eisner (aka Lickity Splitt) invites you to celebrate Homecoming Queen!

Homecoming Queen promises an unforgettable evening of bold artistry, high glamour, and electrifying performance. This surreal spectacle showcases drag at its most imaginative — from avant-garde divas to wildly inventive characters — each act crafted to surprise, delight, and leave audiences wanting more.

Blending theatricality with sharp wit and heartfelt celebration, the show offers a fresh take on the drag experience. Performing as Lickity and Persnickety Splitt, Eisner delivers two electrifying personas: one a vibrant blend of classic and contemporary drag, the other a darker drag king who flips expectations and pushes the boundaries of the art form. Expect sharp wit, theatrical flair, and unapologetic social commentary.

Joining Lickity and Persnickety Splitt for this special homecoming event is a dynamic lineup of Halifax-based performers, bringing additional glamour, grit, and powerhouse stage presence to the Chester Playhouse. Together, the cast delivers a vibrant celebration of self-expression, creativity, and community.

The show runs alongside Brandt’s solo exhibition Splitt – The Art of Drag at Chester Art Centre throughout October 2026—offering audiences a chance to experience both the performance and the process behind it.
