Chef Pamela is a Saint Lucian–born, Afro-Caribbean Certified Plant-Based Nutritionist and Vegan Chef who has worked internationally, empowering families to embrace sustainable, health-focused eating, while honouring cultural identity. Her menu reimagines Caribbean and African cuisine with vibrant, nutrient-dense, plant-based dishes inspired by ancestral wisdom and traditional healing practices.
