Over three days, explore the principles of sourcing seafood ethically while crafting ocean-friendly and delicious dishes alongside renowned chefs. Engage in discussions on sustainability and leave with skills that positively impact your cooking and the environment.

This course is presented by Devour! Studios and the Nova Scotia Seafood Academy.
