LaHave Islands Paddle & Sauna

Discover the beautiful LaHave Islands on a refreshing half or full-day sea kayak tour. Paddle through calm, protected inlets and past white sand island beaches and colourful fishing communities. Keep an eye out for wildlife, such as seals and osprey! After your paddle, head back to Cape LaHave Adventures for a relaxing sauna session on the coast!

• 2-hour sauna session at Cape LaHave Adventures’ base to relax your muscles, with the option for refreshing ocean dips between sauna sessions

Price:

• Full-day tour & sauna: $199 + tax per person
• Half-day tour & sauna: $149 + tax per person

Good to Know:

• Take NS-332 W for a free ride on one of the last remaining cable ferries in Nova Scotia! It’s the fastest way to get to Cape LaHave Adventures from Lunenburg and offers scenic views of the LaHave River!
• Cape LaHave Adventures recommends bringing a water bottle, comfortable non-cotton clothing (quick drying), sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, long-sleeve clothing), a windbreaker or splash jacket, and sturdy footwear that can get wet.
• For the sauna, please bring a bathing suit, towel to sit on, robe (optional) and slip-on sandals. Towel rentals are available.

Conditions:

Advance booking required. Minimum of four guests required for tour to be offered; maximum of eight. Cancellations received 30 days prior to tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 30 days before tour will pay in full, unless a suitable replacement is found. If a replacement is found, a full refund less a 20% administration fee will be issued. Cape LaHave Adventures reserves the right to cancel or alter any tours due to weather or insufficient registration. In these cases, full refunds will be issued and they will do their best to reschedule.
