Uisge Ban Falls Nature Campground
Overview
Uisge Ban Falls Nature Campground (formerly The Falls Campground) has been open since 2010. Owners/Operators, Roy and Gillian enjoy spending time upgrading their 80-acre family property into a place where others can share in their “little piece of heaven”. Uisge Ban, pronounced “ish-kuh bahn” or “oosh-kuh bahn”, is Gaelic for “white water” which is perfectly named for the distant sound of the Uisge Ban waterfalls that can help lull you to sleep when you stay with us.
All 12 of our unserviced sites, ranging from open to wooded overnight sites, are spacious and have excellent drainage so sites stay dry, even after a heavy rain. The sounds of nature and distant roar of the Uisge Ban waterfalls can be heard from every site.
Campground amenities include:
- Washroom facilities with flush toilets and hot showers
 - fire pits and picnic tables at every site
 - firewood and ice available for purchase
 - clean spring water available onsite
 - freshwater river for swimming in the summer months

Nearby attractions and activities include:
- 5 minute walk to Uisge Ban Falls Provincial Park with a hiking trail that leads to the waterfall
 - Golf at Bell Bay Golf Course
 - Boat tours on Baddeck Bay
 - Shops, restaurants and more in Baddeck
 - Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site, where you can learn about one of the world’s most respected inventors that had a summer estate near Baddeck

Payment by cash only. We charge $35 for the first tent and two people occupancy. Families with children under 16 are still at that rate but extra adults are $10 each. Group rates available.
After June 30, we can be reached more quickly through text or phone than email.
