Terroir Restaurant is a special dining experience for so many reasons. The glow of firelight from the massive stone fireplace, the antiques and architecture reflecting the history and culture of the Annapolis Valley, while large windows overlook a land and sea woven together with centuries-old Acadian dykes. All this plus quality, professionally prepared dishes featuring local produce, seafood and meats.
Try the tender delicacy of fresh lobster from the picturesque fishing village of Halls Harbour accompanied by a glass of award-winning Nova Scotia wine before savouring a dessert made using local apples and fresh fruit from our Valley orchards and farms.
Open daily from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m., join us for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
