Sable Shortbread is an award-winning boutique bakery in the heart of Windsor, Nova Scotia, known for its handcrafted, all-butter shortbread cookies.
Every cookie starts as its own unique recipe and is made entirely by hand using organic, all-natural, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. It’s small-batch baking with big Nova Scotia flavour.
Visit our Windsor shop to pick up our signature shortbread and see our bakers at work.
You’ll also find Sable Shortbread at select retail locations, local farmers’ markets, and craft shows throughout the year.
A warm welcome — and unforgettable cookies — await you in Downtown Windsor.
We do also offer coffee, tea and specialty coffees.
We don’t have indoor seating.
