Valley Gems Winter Tasting Tour

Discover the heart and flavour of the Annapolis Valley on this curated tasting tour featuring three of Nova Scotia’s most distinctive, award-winning, boutique producers. Savour garden-grown infusions to small-lot wines, ciders and locally crafted spirits. Each stop offers an intimate guided-experience, rooted in passion and place. With transportation and a delicious charcuterie picnic included – all you need to do is show up, sip, and enjoy!

Experience Highlights:

• Savour unique and award-winning flavours at Tangled Garden, where ingredients grown onsite are transformed into a wide range of creations like jams, jellies, liqueurs, and cordials.
• Explore Beausoleil Farmstead to taste small-lot wines and vinous ciders. Learn about their unique dual focus on Tidal Bay wine and Red Sky cider – Nova Scotia’s official appellations.
• Indulge in a thoughtfully curated charcuterie box prepared by Gather Here, Charcuterie by Kelli brimming with artfully arranged cured meats, cheeses, seasonal fruit, tantalizing spreads, and more!
• Visit Barrelling Tide Distillery to sample local inspired spirits and liqueurs, handcrafted on-site using local sourced ingredients, like their Rhubarb Gin or Cranberry Liqueur!

2026 Winter Experience Dates: Offered on Saturdays and Sundays from mid-January through the end of April 2026. Custom dates may be available upon request. Please inquire with Where It’s At Tours.

Price: $720 + tax, for 1-to-4 guests ($180 per person). Includes round-trip transportation from Wolfville, guided tastings at three unique, Annapolis Valley small food and beverage producers, and a delicious charcuterie box (and bottled water) per person.
