Lightfoot & Wolfville’s Horse-Drawn Vineyard Tours offer a unique and memorable way to explore Lightfoot & Wolfville’s Home Farm Vineyard – where rolling vineyards, gentle Bay of Fundy breezes and sustainable farming practice come together in harmony.
Following the tour, relax and savour a grazing-style reception with an aperitivo spread, featuring ingredients from Lightfoot & Wolfville’s biodynamic farm and gardens, and other local producers across the Annapolis Valley.
Experience Highlights:
- Enjoy a guided, 30-minute horse-drawn carriage tour of Lightfoot & Wolfville’s Home Farm Vineyard and Lightfoot Link trail with majestic Clydesdale horses and the experienced Wagon Boss.
- Hear about the history and philosophy behind Lightfoot & Wolfville’s family-owned organic & biodynamic winery, farming practices, the region’s rich Acadian and Planter heritage, and the deep connection between people and place.
- Gather around a grazing-style reception featuring a seasonally-inspired aperitivo spread with locally grown produce, artisanal cheeses, cured cheeses and house-made accoutrements.

Price: $65 + tax per adult, $50 + tax per child (under 12 years old).

Good to Know:
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour start time for check-in and waiver signing.
- When booking your tour, please kindly disclose any dietary restrictions or allergies for each member of your party (if purchasing more than one ticket at a time).
- The full experience is approximately 1 hour in length, including:
- A 30-minute guided horse-drawn vineyard tour.
- A 30-minute grazing-style reception featuring a seasonally-inspired aperitivo spread
- As the tour portion of this experience takes place outdoors, it is recommended that you dress accordingly for the weather and wear comfortable, stable footwear (high heels are not recommended).
- The tour runs rain or shine. However, inclement weather such as significant snow or ice conditions may result in tours being cancelled or postponed.
