The Sea Parrot Oceanview Manor is situated on the famous Cabot Trail in the Cape Breton Island region of Nova Scotia. Guests can lounge on our large wraparound veranda that overlooks eight acres of lush greenery and oceanfront views at the mouth of the beautiful St. Ann’s Bay, and enjoy the views of wildlife, including seals and eagles. Explore and enjoy the nature around you with a stroll through the beautiful gardens filled with fragrant flowers and robust vegetables. Relax in our gazebo by the sea and enjoy the surrounding arbours, nap in our oceanside hammocks, or take advantage of the romantic setting on moonlit evenings. It’s an experience you will always remember.

We are located only minutes from many local attractions, activities and world-class golf courses. Visit the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site in Baddeck or the historic Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site. Golf at Cape Breton Highlands Links in Ingonish and Bell Bay Golf Course in Baddeck and explore the Cape Breton Highlands National Park as you drive the famous Cabot Trail, bringing you closer to nature. Try your luck at the casino in nearby Sydney, or take off on an outdoor adventure: canoeing, kayaking, hiking and walking trails, combing beaches, fishing or cycling are all just beyond our doorstep.

Our accommodations includes 12 units:

• 3 oceanview suites with ensuite or private bathrooms
• 5 housekeeping cottages (sleeps up to 7 people per unit) with 4-piece bathroom
• HMS Sea Parrot – a landed boat unit that sleeps 2-3 people
• The Happy House, a two bedroom vacation home
• Tropical Oceanfront Cottage, an RV camper unit that sleeps 2-3 people
• Seaview bungalow, a 40 foot RV camper unit

Onsite amenities for all guests include shared access to a barbecue, porch swing and hot tub.

Full breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for suite and boat guests only. Guests may enjoy eating in our cozy dining room, sunroom, or on our spacious veranda that overlooks the ocean, garden areas and lush woodlands.

Pets are welcome: full indoor kennel facilities with heat, water, platform beds, separate kennel cages and bedding are provided.
