Nestled within a lush Wabanaki-Acadian forest near the shoreline of Kejimkujik Lake, stay overnight among one of Canada’s natural and cultural treasures.
Jeremy’s Bay Campground offers:
344 Frontcountry Campsites:
- 154 with electricity and 190 unserviced (water stations are located nearby).
Roofed Accommodations:
- 18 oTentiks: A spacious blend of tent and rustic cabin equipped with beds and furniture on a raised floor. 3 are wheelchair-accessible, 3 are pet-friendly and 8 are equipped with propane heat. 10 are located in Jeremy’s Bay and 8 are located in Jim Charles Point.
- 5 Oasis: A tear drop-shaped ‘duplex’ on stilts offering a convertible table/bed with cushions on the main level and a suspended hammock loft above. Spend the night under a natural canopy and fall asleep admiring the stars! Equipped with electric heat. Located in Jim Charles Point.
- 3 Rustic Cabins: These insulated cabins have waterviews and are equipped with bunks and mattresses, a table and chairs, a woodstove, a food preparation area, an outdoor firebox, and a picnic table. Located in Jim Charles Point. One cabin is pet-friendly.
Facilities nearby include accessible all-gender washrooms, hot showers, outdoor sinks, playgrounds, disposal station, individual and/or group fireboxes, ice, firewood, limited wifi service, interpretation programs, outdoor theatre, dark sky circle, trails, and beaches.

Jake’s Landing offers:
- 1 Rustic Cabin: located on the Mersey River at Jake’s Landing. (No mattresses and no showers nearby.)
Backcountry:
Over 80% of Kejimkujik is accessible by canoe or hiking only. Experience some solitude in a beautiful gentle wilderness setting.
- 46 Backcountry Campsites are scattered along hiking trails and canoe routes. Each site has two tent pads, a firebox, a picnic table, a pit privy, bear cables for hoisting food, and firewood. Campsites, trails, and portages enable you to travel safely without disturbing the land.
- 2 Rustic Cabins (Note: backcountry cabins do not have mattresses.)
