Welcome to the Tides Cottages at Martinique Beach! These newly built in 2022 cottages are within walking distance to Martinique Beach – Nova Scotia’s longest sandy beach. Martinique Beach is also known as Nova Scotia’s best surfing beach. These cottages feature a fresh beach vibe and lots of wood tones. Pair your stay with some surfing lessons or rentals from Halifax Surf School and experience the « Halifornia » ocean vibe!

Welcome to the High Tide Cottage located just 800 meters from Martinique Beach! Martinique is Nova Scotia’s best surfing beach. The house features a nice water view and beautiful elevated deck to enjoy sunsets and nature. The open-concept kitchen and living room is perfect for enjoying time with your family and friends! There is also a spacious deck off the second level to enjoy the nature views!

The space

The main living, kitchen and dining area is open concept. The bedrooms are all located downstairs. The house has 2 heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. There is a second rental house on the property, please see the attached aerial photo. On the front of the property is a small and well maintained surf shop.
