Freewheeling Adventures have operated small group bicycle and walking/hiking tours in Nova Scotia since 1987. The focus is on sustainable cuisine, small inns, and you! You can choose between guided tours with van support, excellent food – think amazing trailside picnics, boutique inns wherever possible, and especially caring guides.

Highlights include route-specific surprises, and special touches such as freshly roasted and hand-ground coffee. If you prefer not to join a scheduled group tour, you can request private, fully customizable trips, or self-guided tours with background support on dates of your choosing.

Bicycle and sea kayak rentals can also be delivered anywhere in Nova Scotia for your independent exploration. Available bikes include road, gravel, trail, tandem, and e-bikes. They are well-equipped, with helmet, trunk bag, pump, light, lock, etc., and custom requests can usually be accommodated.
